I'M FEELING GOOD...

November is by far the longest month of the year. And honestly November makes me feel like shit. There are no long weekends to look forward to, the next break is Christmas and you know what comes before that... EXAMS, YEAR END REPORTS. So yeah, not feeling too hot about November.


Because November feels like a month long hangover you should treat this bitch like one. Stay on top of your work, SLEEP, spend time with your friends, get a bougie ass water bottle that makes you want to drink water. Find things that give you a flutter of happiness to keep you going.


Now, what I do to make November feel less shit is WORKING OUT! No not because I want to because trust me I DON'T, but honestly it makes me feel like I haven't been binge drinking for the past week (RIP October, that bitch is gonna be out for a whole year).


So my gym junkie friend and I filmed you guys a little work out routine that will make you hate us for a day or two, but after you continue to do it daily or whenever the fuck you want you will thank us ;) I'm not some fitness gurou who is going promise you all results but honestly if you stick to it, you are going to look and feel like a brand new chick for your winter getaway, and if your not going anywhere for New Years wear your bikini to the club because that is how good you will feel!


We decided to focus on working out the booty, because who doesn't want to walk around feeling like a damn Kardashian. If this is not for you let me know another workout you would like us to film.
